Elena’s scope of practice centres around helping you start, grow and scale your business through incorporation and corporation matters, start up corporate laws, contract drafting, negotiation, licensing, trademarks, branding and more.
Elena is a frequent guest speaker on beginner business law having guest lectured at law schools, universities, high schools, and mastermind programs globally. She also offers Business Mentorship for those seeking a more holistic approach combining business & legal coaching.

Bonner
Paige has been with EFV Legal for three years and is a newly called Lawyer in Ontario specializing in corporate and commercial law. She earned her LL.B. from the University of Sussex and her Bachelors of Arts from Wilfrid Laurier University. Paige is committed to providing clients with insightful and strategic legal solutions to meeting their business needs.
Outside of the office, Paige enjoys cooking, hiking, pilates, and travelling, to keep her balanced and energized. Paige looks forward to connecting with clients and assisting with their legal needs!

Alexandra is an Articling Student with EFV Legal, having worked with the firm as a Legal Assistant since early 2024. She completed her studies through the Laurier- Sussex Law Program, where she gained a broad range of legal knowledge from volunteering at a domestic abuse clinic, working as a community legal outreach, and writing contracts for the performing arts clinic.With a passion for helping the ‘little guy’ and strong values of community, she is eager and dedicated to assisting small businesses and entrepreneurs in their growth.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and hiking, with the goal of reaching 30 countries by the age of 30.

Alexandra Dolenc
WILLS AND ESTATES
Anouck completed her undergraduate degree in Criminology at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology. Shortly after, she travelled to the United Kingdom to complete her law degree at the University of Sussex. During her articles at a Burlington law firm, Anouck focused on assisting clients with estate planning, providing a compassionate approach to what is often a difficult but necessary topic of discussion.
Anouck is originally from the small town of Maynooth, Ontario (located close to Algonquin Park). Living in a close knit rural community has taught Anouck the importance of relationships, community support and excellent customer service. In her spare time, Anouck enjoys cooking, bingeing true crime podcasts, and taping trees for maple syrup with her family. She owns far too much plaid and is incredibly proud of her small town Dutch-Canadian upbringing.
